The elite tennis junior players are in europe like Spain,France, Great Britain and USA where a lot of tennis chapions and good tennis tournament and tennis academies as well. These players from these country are outstanding for strength format of play,Management quality and the step for developing the junior tennis in the long term 10 -30 years effectively.
Top tennis junior players Asia are Japan ,China ,Korea and Australia these country are also have a good plan and management system to develop the junior player similar to the elite group ,however some flaws that make unstable to the same level as elite groups.
Common junior tennis players are the rest in Asia include Thailand ,These coutennis are lack of long term plan to develop the tennis players and still go on like this forever.
The success of tennis player depends on fate and hard working of families and personnal coach. There is no organization to look after and improve the system.
This Evaluation is base on my personal opinnion and some information from internet.
